Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas of the feet (or the hands). The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Pressure applied to the foot is believed to bring relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body. Reflexology is generally relaxing and may help alleviate stress.

Upon your initial appointment we will connect and discuss your wellness goals and we will integrate this into your reflexology session. Following your initial treatment, we will book you in for a subsequent appointment within 3-5 days. The benefits of reflexology are subtle and build over time, and as such, having frequent sessions is advised, especially if you are new to the practice.

Our punch card is designed to promote consistency in your wellness regime, and we book your remaining 3 appointments in 4 week increments following your first appointments.
