• Enjoy a tea and a healthy snack while having a Foot soak in hot salted water (or Foot Detox). The absorption of the magnesium through the skin may boost the levels of the mineral in the body and decrease inflammation. Possibility to add essential oils at no additional charge.

• Infrared Sauna is meant for detoxification of the body, but is also great for pain relief, stress and fatigue reduction. Will also help people who have fibromyalgia, arthritis, asthma and high blood pressure. Infrared sauna is safe and enjoyable treatment to people of all ages. Those who have certain medical conditions or who are pregnant should should consult their physician before using the infrared sauna.
